Our experienced STAFF is the heart of our business. They care about their work, and perform with the utmost safety and professionalism.

JEFF SLAT, co-owner, has been in the landscaping field for over 20 years. He is a lawn, tree and shrub certified technician, certified nurseryman and contractor. Jeff oversees all landscape projects and closely works with all division managers and customers.

JULIE SLAT, founder of Wilcox, Inc. has over 25 years in the business of providing landscape construction and maintenance to hundreds of customers. Meeting the goals and exceeding expectations are the driving force behind Julie.

ADAM STACHNIK is our Designer and Landscape Manager. Adam has over 10 years design experience and is a certified nurseryman with additionally over 10 years experience in the field.

MIKE WILCOX is Hardscape Manager here at Wilcox, Inc. He has been with the company over 15 years. Michael's knowledge and experience with retaining walls, patios and all hardscape features helps create work of the highest quality and craftsmanship.
